A beautiful celebration of diversity in the heart of Newry!
September 17, 2026
Consul General attended the second edition of the Newry Mela, alongside Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins and Councillor Killian Feehan.
With colourful cultural performances, Indian, Irish and Highland traditions and cuisine, international food stalls, and fun-filled activities for children, the Mela beautifully demonstrated how different cultures can coexist, connect and flourish together.
